Job Summary
Manage the overall operation, regulatory compliance, and quality of services for the Adult Care Facility, ensuring residents receive safe, dignified, person-centered care in a clean, secure, and supportive environment. Oversee personnel, resident services, staffing, financial and operational functions, emergency preparedness, quality assurance, and facility policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with New York State Department of Health regulations. Requires a high school diploma with five years of related work experience including two years of supervisory experience, or a bachelor's degree with two years of related supervisory experience.

- An associate degree from an accredited college or university in an approved course of study
- three years of related work experience acceptable to the department
- two years of related work experience including related supervisory experience

- One year in full-time attendance in an approved course of study at an accredited college
