Job Summary
Administrator - High Fidelity Wraparound manages the day-to-day operation of designated Community Services programs, ensures fidelity to evidence-based practices including Wraparound, PCIT, TFCBT and MAT, oversees facilities and Directors, and represents the program to governmental agencies and the community while ensuring compliant operations and quality treatment processes in Southern California. The role collaborates with Regional Administration on program development, provides leadership to a multidisciplinary team, and supports professional growth through on-the-job training and CEU opportunities. The position requires a Master’s degree in a mental health field (or equivalent) and relevant licensure preferences are noted, with a California driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Public Administration or equivalent related field required, or Master’s degree in a Mental Health Field; Licensed as MFCC, LCSW, or LPCC, or Psy.D. preferred
- Three (3) years’ experience in a Senior Manager position (e.g. Program Director, Center Director, Executive Director) required
- Licensed as LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or Psy.D. preferred
- Valid California Driver’s License required
