Job Summary
Administrator - Evidence Based Practice leads the day-to-day operation of designated Community Services programs, ensures regulatory compliance, oversees facilities and Directors, and ensures comprehensive quality treatment programs. Drives fidelity to evidence-based practices including Wraparound, PCIT, TFCBT, MAT, and others; collaborates with governmental agencies and the community; supports program development and growth in Southern California; oversees services delivered in schools, homes, or community settings; requires collaboration with families, schools, county social workers, case managers, probation officers, and other agencies; requires a Bachelor's or Master’s degree and relevant licensure expectations; valid California driver’s license. This role sits within Star View Community Services and reports to regional leadership, contributing to a large California-based network of sites delivering mental health services to children, adolescents, and families.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Public Administration or equivalent related field required, or Master’s degree in a Mental Health Field; Licensed as MFCC, LCSW or Psy.D. preferred.
- Three (3) years’ experience in a Senior Manager position (e.g. Program Director, Center Director, Executive Director, etc.) required.
- License or Certification Licensed as LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or Psy.D. preferred.
- Valid California Driver’s License required.
