Job Summary
Administrator role at Everstory Partners is a location-team focused position with responsibilities spanning administrative duties and customer-facing tasks. You will answer phones, schedule appointments, assist with onboarding, and support location leadership. You will process contracts and perform quality control, manage banking tasks, handle cemetery-related processing (IOAs), maintain and file records, assist with accounts payable/receivable, issue deeds and certificates, and coordinate memorial orders and work orders. The role requires strong organizational, customer-focused service, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask in a collaborative environment. A valid driver’s license and HS equivalency are required, with occasional holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed. Required Qualifications
- High School Equivalency required
- Minimum of one-year experience in administration or customer service
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license and have access to a personal vehicle for some locations
- Basic math and computer skills including word processing (Word) and spreadsheet (Excel) applications or Google equivalents
- Multi-Line phone skills required
- Filing skills (Alphabetically)
- Ability to type 40 words per minute with minimal errors and data entry skills
