Job Summary
Administrator role at Everstory Partners supporting the location team. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, onboarding team members, and assisting location leadership; contract processing and quality control; banking duties (cash receipt entry, deposits, credit card transactions); cemetery IOA processing; file maintenance and records management; HR onboarding coordination; accounts payable/receivable; deeds and certificates processing; trust-related documentation; managing work orders and memorial orders; participating in daily cross-department meetings; and contributing to reporting. Core competencies include compassion, customer focus, and ethics/values. Requires high school equivalency, 1+ year administration/customer-service experience, valid driver’s license, ability to type 40 wpm, basic math and computer skills, and confidentiality. Required Qualifications
- High School equivalency required
- Minimum of one year experience in administration or customer service
- Valid state driver’s license
- Access to personal vehicle for some locations
- Type at least 40 words per minute with minimal errors
- Data entry skills
- Basic math and computer skills (Word and Excel) or Google equivalents
- Multi-line phone skills
- Filing skills (alphabetical)
- Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team
- Proven customer focus and confidentiality
- Ability to meet deadlines
