Job Summary
Administrator role at Everstory Partners supporting the location team with a customer-focused environment. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, onboarding team members, contract processing and quality control, banking duties, cemetery IOA processing, file maintenance and record keeping, HR coordination, accounts payable/receivable, deeds and certificates, Memorial orders, and participation in daily cross-department meetings. Requires basic math and computer skills, ability to type 40 wpm, high school equivalency, and at least one year of administration or customer service experience. Must have a valid state driver’s license and be able to work some holidays, evenings, and weekends. Required Qualifications
- High School equivalency required
- Minimum of one-year experience in administration or customer service
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license
- Ability to type 40 words per minute with minimal errors
- Basic math and computer skills including Word and Excel
- Filing skills (alphabetical)
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team
- Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable and banking duties
- Attention to confidentiality and compliance with company policies
- Experience with records management and documentation
- Experience with deeds and certificates and trust-related processes
