Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate leadership development and appraisal programs serving school districts across the region. Manage program logistics, event planning, participant communication, data analysis, and fiscal tracking for initiatives including ELEVATE services and the Principal Synergy Network. Provide technical assistance to school systems navigating Prep Mentoring programs and deliver six day-long trainings for the Leadership Institute. Collaborate with regional, state, and district partners to strengthen instructional leadership and educator effectiveness. Maintain calendars, track revenue and demographic data, and facilitate campus calibration walkthroughs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Master's Degree
- Texas Teacher Educator's certification
- Principal certification
- 3 years of successful classroom teaching experience
- 3 years of successful campus principal experience
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable
