Job Summary
Part-time Administrator to support the medical screening process for Army candidates, combining home work with on-site training and duties at Upavon office. Responsibilities include moving, indexing and uploading Candidate Medical Documents onto the DMICP, maintaining confidential medical records in line with data protection, organizing paperwork and information, interacting with GP surgeries and candidates, reviewing letters and postal admin, scanning, and handling phone inquiries. Essential skills include strong IT proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook), data protection knowledge, meticulous attention to detail, ability to handle sensitive information confidentially, and excellent communication with candidates, GP surgeries and colleagues. The role is hybrid (home and Upavon, Wiltshire) with initial on-site training for four weeks, Monday to Thursday.
