Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional experience throughout their visit. Answer customer enquiries by phone and email, providing accurate and timely information. Manage bookings, appointment changes, payments, invoices, charges, and credit notes using clinic systems. Prepare appointment packs, clinical files, consent forms, and other customer documentation. Process customer results, scanning, and document uploads within agreed service levels. Help ensure reports are issued within required timescales, including managing abnormal result processes. Support mammogram bookings and musculoskeletal referral administration. Maintain accurate customer records and administrative documentation. Process incoming and outgoing post and prepare business correspondence. Monitor stock levels and help maintain a safe, professional, and well-presented clinic environment. Support the collection of centre data and operational metrics. Work closely with doctors, health advisers, and colleagues to help the centre run efficiently. Follow quality, clinical governance, compliance, and health and safety standards at all times.
