Job Summary
Administrative Assistant for Facilities Support (part-time) supporting the Office Manager and Facilities functions. Responsibilities include day-to-day administrative support, acting as a contact for office queries from employees and vendors, coordinating with landlords/service providers/facilities vendors, assisting with office operations (supplies, access/badging, general workplace needs), managing purchase orders and invoices, coordinating deliveries/mail/office logistics, handling basic HR administration (onboarding coordination, equipment requests), maintaining accurate records, and assisting with small office projects. Must have Dutch language proficiency and strong English communication, with experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and SAP or similar systems. The role is office-based with a part-time schedule of 5 days per week, 9:00–14:00, in Hoofddorp, Netherlands, within a global company environment.
Required Qualifications
- MBO/HBO/Schoevers degree or relevant vocational qualification (or working toward)
- Experience in an office, facilities, or administrative support role
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Dutch is required
- Strong communication skills in English in an office environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience working with internal systems (e.g., SAP or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
