Job Summary
The Administrator is responsible for ensuring daily operations of the ambulatory surgical center comply with regulatory standards and for overseeing clinical, administrative, and business-office operations. Leads budgeting, staff utilization, physician recruitment and marketing to drive top-line growth; designs and executes strategic plans, operates within P&L constraints, and coordinates with the medical staff, governing board, and partner leadership to achieve financial and operational excellence. Manages regulatory compliance, governance relations, and programs for leadership development and continuous improvement across the facility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, BSN, or RN or equivalent experience with minimum four years supervisory/management experience
- ASC experience highly preferred
- Knowledge of State, Federal and AAAHC accrediting body regulations
- Experience in budgeting and personnel management
- Evidence of continuing education related to job
