Job Summary
Administrative Technician with responsibility for supporting the R&D Department's management and operations. Key duties include opening/closing the office Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, assisting with personnel/HR tasks, booking travel for the department, handling email correspondence with project partners, updating department websites, providing administrative support for daily activities, managing documents and internal records using Microsoft Office and Teams, coordinating schedules and meetings, preparing basic reports, and collaborating with other departments to improve internal processes. Requires a university degree or higher vocational training in business administration or economics, English proficiency at least at B2, strong IT skills, excellent written and verbal communication, multitasking ability, and prior administrative experience (1 year) preferred.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree or Higher Vocational Training (Grado Superior) in Business Administration (ADE), Economics, or similar
- Minimum English level: B2 (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in IT tools and office applications (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in administrative roles will be valued; a minimum of 1 year is desired
