Job Summary
Administrative Support Specialist for the Architectural Review Board (ARB) and Sandestin Owners Association. Assists homeowners and contractors with new construction and exterior modification applications, supports the ARB Administrator and Compliance Officer, processes submittals, maintains architectural records/files, communicates with owners/architects/contractors about review procedures and requirements, helps prepare ARB agendas, relays violations to relevant parties, assists with field duties, maintains ARB activity spreadsheets, prepares deposit refunds, and performs miscellaneous office duties including filing, faxing, mailing, and tracking submittals. Demonstrates strong job knowledge, technology use, design sensibility, problem solving, customer service, communications, cooperation, teamwork, writing, planning/organizing, accuracy, and ethics. Requires high school diploma and five years of high-level administrative experience; valid Florida driver license.
