Job Summary
Verify weekly training and vacation schedules, update calendars for contract employees, and confirm accuracy for the Program Manager. Schedule Critique, Apparent Cause Evaluation, Root Cause Evaluation, Executive Safety Review Board, and Corrective Action Review Board meetings by coordinating attendees and notifying investigation leads. Compile organizational data for metrics reports, serve as presentation driver, capture minutes, transcribe notes, and post approved documents to the CPCCo website and Integrated Document Management System. Assist with report distribution for PA/CA staff and act as scribe for Critique Meetings. Support ICAS functions as required. Bachelor's degree required with Hanford Site knowledge desired.
