Job Summary
Administrative Support Specialist provides back-up support to the finance department (including Legal, PI settlements) and other departments with administrative tasks. Responsibilities include collecting and organizing mail, scanning and uploading correspondence for processing by external billing, performing daily deposit runs, supporting purchasing and asset tracking, managing computer/laptop inventory, generating reports using databases, spreadsheets, charts, and revenue-cycle data to aid legal and finance, extracting data from Revenue Cycle Management to prepare physician reports and submit to payroll, collaborating across departments on reporting needs, and contributing to special projects for finance and legal.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years experience as an operations analyst or a similar position
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
