Job Summary

Manage general office operations and administrative management for the Water Sector, including organizing files, databases, and meeting arrangements for Chiefs Committee and Technical Committee members. Coordinate travel logistics such as flights, hotel reservations, and car rentals while booking meeting facilities and processing contracts. Prepare correspondence, draft documents, type minutes, and route incoming mail. Reconcile budgetary reports, track program expenditures, and maintain accounting records. Serve as a point of contact for external constituencies and communicate with government representatives and First Nations on behalf of the Director. Assist in planning Sector committees and support the Annual General Assembly and Special Chiefs Assembly meetings held twice annually.

Required Qualifications

  • Successful completion of secondary school
  • Certificate in administrative studies
  • Equivalent combination of education and 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Advanced interpersonal skills
