Job Summary
Executive Administrative Assistant and Office Manager role supporting a team of executives across the US. Responsibilities include managing calendars, planning meetings and travel (including international coordination), welcoming onsite visitors, maintaining trackers and reports in Excel/Google Sheets, coordinating office engagement events, prioritizing requests, improving processes, drafting internal communications, coordinating with facilities/vendors, and supporting cross-functional initiatives. Requires strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple time zones, and a self-starter attitude with attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate degree in Business Administration preferred
- 5+ years of executive administrative, secretarial, or office experience
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and financial acumen
- Experience coordinating complex calendars, meetings, and travel
- Experience supporting office events and vendor management
- Discretion with confidential information
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
