Administrative Support Nurse - LPN

Job Summary
Conduct daily rounds to assess resident care, staff performance, and safety while supporting the Nurse Manager with assessments, care plans, and incident follow-up. Review and complete incident reports, organize resident charts, and assist with medication reviews and pharmacy audits. Coordinate care with physicians, hospice, and outside providers; monitor logs and inventory including oxygen and expired medications. Respond to emergencies and address resident and family concerns professionally. Requires a Washington State nursing license, 1+ year experience, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Full-time position with medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Washington State nursing license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements throughout shift
Desired Qualifications
- College degree
- 1+ year nursing or related experience
- CPR & First Aid (within 30 days of hire)
- Dementia & Mental Health Training (within 90 days of hire)
- Strong documentation, organization, and multitasking skills
