Job Summary
Prepare correspondence, documents, and reports requiring independent judgment while scheduling appointments for department staff. Provide excellent service to internal and external customers by applying standard operating procedures. Participate in moderate-scope department projects and assist in training colleagues. Help complete reimbursement requests for assigned staff. Complete the Ambassador Program within the first 12 months of employment. Work Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. as a non-remote position at Nationwide Children's Hospital, supporting the mission to improve lives through innovative care and research.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must complete Ambassador Program within first 12 months of employment
