Job Summary
Administrative Support Associate provides diversified clerical support for the office/department, including typing correspondence and reports, greeting and directing visitors, answering telephones and taking messages, scheduling appointments/meetings, maintaining files and record keeping (including patient records), taking meeting minutes, collecting payments, and managing inventory and ordering supplies. Duties listed are considered essential under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 0-1 years of relevant experience.
