Job Summary
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholder requests and communications. Draft plans, reports, presentations, and directives; coordinate secure video teleconferences; and support senior executive calendar management and briefing preparation. Handle correspondence management through CATMS, oversee office supplies and classified material security, and facilitate training requests. Provide travel and transportation support via the Defense Travel System, including country clearances for foreign itineraries. Prepare official documents, proofreading, and data storage tracking for executive correspondence. Maintain organizational charts, directories, and physical/electronic filing systems. Requires U.S. Citizenship with active TS/SCI clearance, BS degree, and 10+ years of relevant DoW experience. Salary: $85,000 - $95,000. Located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Full-time, TS/SCI sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship with an active TOP SECRET with SCI (TS/SCI) clearance
- BS degree
- 10 years of prior relevant experience
- 10+ years of relevant DoW, operations, and business experience
- Experience with interacting with Government officials and senior military personnel
- Proficient with Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) or similar tool
- Solid experience with Agility with task management, coordination, and execution
- Operationally oriented and able to multitask/prioritize work in a high-volume environment
- Team player with a positive and professional demeanor, strong customer service awareness, and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask and execute directives effectively and with little supervision
- Solid knowledge of MS Office suite, especially with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Exceptional communications (verbal, written, and presentation), staffing, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
- Confident and self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude
- Highly reliable and dependable
- Experience managing projects of large size and complexity
