Job Summary
Administrative Staff (Owners Corporation Specialist) provides reception-level support and end-to-end administrative functions for the OC, including answering phones, producing pricelists from Salesforce, weekly reporting, contract preparation and data entry into Urbanise and Property Me, drafting budgets, managing correspondence, reviewing financials and insurance, coordinating Committee meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring safety/compliance for the common property. The role commonly acts as OC Secretary, distributing minutes/notices, and advising the executive committee on a range of decisions; remote-work environments are available where permitted. The position requires English fluency and experience with contract/documents handling, data entry, and basic financial/administrative tasks within a BPO context.
