Job Summary

The Administrative Specialist provides direct clerical and liaison support to the School Manager and Placement Manager, including coordinating student placement, scheduling industry recruiters, student seminars and job fairs, maintaining student files and records, handling confidential documentation (driving records, criminal records, DOT results), processing payments, deposits and financial reports, and communicating with vendors and the admissions team to ensure compliant, efficient operations. The role also involves preparing reports, assisting with new employee files with HR, and serving as a brand ambassador for Roadmaster while ensuring high standards of organization and customer service in a fast-paced educational environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum High School graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years verifiable office administrative experience preferably in clerical & office information systems
  • Strong organizational skills and customer service skills
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communications using phone and email
  • Excellent attention to detail and desire to exceed expectations
  • Good time management skills and ability to complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner
  • Team player who works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to maintain confidential information and privacy considerations
  • Must have computer skills and proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets and Gmail
