Job Summary
Administrative Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to the Community Health & Records Services Division, coordinating complex projects, managing competing priorities, and helping ensure the efficient delivery of public health services. Requires strong clerical and administrative skills, proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and other web-based applications, data entry, and inventory management. Preferred: Microsoft SharePoint experience and bilingual English & Spanish. Must demonstrate organized, detail-oriented problem-solving, sound judgment, and accuracy in performance of duties.
Required Qualifications
- Three years of responsible clerical and/or administrative experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- A combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis
