Job Summary

Provide administrative support to the Department of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine to ensure efficient daily operations and support of academic, clinical, and event-related activities. Assist faculty with ordering supplies, equipment, and technology logistics while tracking attendance, managing vacation requests, and coordinating clinic block schedules. Facilitate the work-study and Teaching Assistant program through scheduling and communication, and maintain teaching, clinic, and event calendars for laboratory and campus space reservations. Process departmental expenditures, faculty reimbursements, and purchasing requests using Workday, while assisting with budget oversight and financial administrative processes. Plan and coordinate departmental meetings, continuing medical education events, and OMM Center programming, including identifying event spaces, managing registrations, ordering catering, and coordinating logistics. Serve as the primary departmental liaison for students, faculty, research subjects, and external inquiries, maintaining accurate records and supporting timely reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor of Arts degree

  • Familiarity with budget management and Workday systems
  • Proficiency in MS office, Adobe Suites, Zoom, Microsoft Teams
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
