Job Summary
The Administrative Specialist provides administrative, clerical, and receptionist support to multiple departments, coordinating with the Office/Business Manager to keep the office functioning efficiently. Responsibilities include assisting or ordering production, Proof of Performance (POP), billing, social media, and AP/AR tasks. Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm in Lamar’s Denver, CO office, with an hourly range of $23–$28 depending on experience. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associates degree and/or bachelor’s degree preferred (in Business, Marketing, or related field)
- 2 years of office experience required; college education acceptable in lieu of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle AP/AR duties and basic billing tasks
- Experience with social media, billing, and production support is a plus
