Job Summary
Compile and analyze financial data to support budget planning, prepare draft reports on spending trends, and track obligations for government review. Assist in preparing procurement request packages, conduct market research for vendors, and maintain procurement records while monitoring contractor performance. Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare documentation, and manage Government Furnished Equipment including issuance and accountability. Provide administrative coordination for travel, property, space, and logistics, including construction oversight and facility improvement tracking. Draft standard operating procedures, summarize regulatory findings, and recommend process improvements to align with Federal guidelines. Act as the primary point of contact for management and administrative staff across functional areas.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- Experience applying structured methodologies, quality assurance processes, customer service practices, effective personnel and resource allocation, and risk management to ensure high-quality, on-time performance and successful project outcomes
- Experience delivering comparable projects through a thorough understanding of SOW objectives, task requirements, logistics, scheduling, and resource planning, supported by organizational capacity to implement innovative, executable solutions, integrate emerging technologies, improve processes, and effectively address project challenges
