Job Summary
Administrative Specialist, HR Support provides front desk, administrative and HR/recruiting support across multiple office locations. The role supports onboarding/offboarding coordination, employee data entry, HR reporting/audits/training records, recruitment activities (job postings, resume review, candidate communications, interview scheduling), meeting logistics, catering/vendor management, and general office operations. Strong organizational skills, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision are required. Onsite five days per week in Tysons Corner, VA with weekly support in Windsor Mill, MD. Minimum high school diploma with 3+ years in relevant roles; proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS/applicant tracking or expense systems preferred. EEO/HUBZone employer.
Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in administrative, front desk, or office coordination roles; HR/recruiting support experience strongly preferred
