Job Summary
Administrative Specialist to assist the office and operations staff with correspondence, billing issues, accounts payable, customer requests, supply and ordering items, and general office duties. Responsibilities include initiating written and oral communications, organizing and distributing information to production departments, handling operating supplies and computer requirements, assisting with billing issues, routing mail and documents, and performing general administrative tasks. Requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1-2 years of clerical experience, and strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint); ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
