Job Summary
Administrative Specialist supporting compliance, auditing, and investigative operations in a government-support environment. Responsibilities include reviewing large quantities of documents, performing data entry and validation, conducting database queries and research using government and commercial systems, preparing spreadsheets and reports, assisting with compliance reviews and audit activities, coordinating with investigators, auditors, and management, and maintaining accurate records with data integrity. Requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, professional handling of sensitive information, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of AS degree
- AS degree required; BA/BS preferred
- 2+ years of experience in compliance, auditing, administrative support, data analysis, or related fields
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze information and prepare detailed written reports
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must meet security eligibility requirements
