Job Summary
Coordinate Department of Mental Health billing processes, manage participant authorizations, and maintain client files. Support quality assurance activities, prepare monthly and annual reports for funding agencies, and facilitate communication between departments, regional offices, and external partners. Manage case notes, records, and correspondence while assisting with safety drills, inspections, and office organization. Troubleshoot challenges to connect participants with needed supports and ensure documentation meets ethical and legal standards. Maintain confidentiality and represent Job One with professionalism throughout the community. Valid driver's license and Class E Chauffeur's license required within 30 days. First Aid/CPR, Mental Health First Aid, and Gentle Teaching certifications required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Class E Chauffeur's License
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Mental Health First Aid certification
- Gentle Teaching training
- Ability to pass required background and drug/alcohol screenings
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures, systems, and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint
- Experience with systems such as: Set-Works, Paycor, CIMOR
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Experience in vocational rehabilitation, workforce development, training, or community-based services
