Job Summary
Administrative Specialist responsible for a variety of office duties to support agency staff and programs. Tasks include answering phones, responding to emails, managing office supplies and equipment, maintaining physical and electronic filing systems, drafting and proofreading communications, coordinating meetings and calendars, preparing agendas, taking minutes, updating records and databases, and providing timely, professional responses to inquiries. Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion and use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support daily operations and data management.
