Job Summary
Enroll new students in collaboration with administration and the nurse, maintain student cumulative files and electronic records in eSchool, process withdrawals and senior transcripts for college entrance and scholarships, prepare complex state/district reports related to registrar duties, communicate with other schools and outside agencies regarding student records by phone and fax, order commencement awards and diplomas, assist administration in coordinating student recognition, develop and maintain registrar forms and order supplies, manage testing materials distribution and collection, perform related duties as assigned, and demonstrate accurate data entry, adherence to Delaware State Education Code and district policies, effective written and oral communication, time management, independence, and cooperative relationships with students, staff, families, and the community.
