Responsibilities also cover document control and SharePoint management (organizing, naming, versioning, and storing files per project standards), assembling project packages and progress updates, and SOP support (typing, formatting, editing, and maintaining revision histories). The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to follow structured procedures, and comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Qualifications emphasize 2-3 years in admin/project support or coordination, proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook), SharePoint experience, and the ability to work independently across multiple projects.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative, project support, document control, or coordination role
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (С1 level or higher)
- Strong typing and document formatting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience working with SharePoint or similar document management platforms
- High attention to detail, organization, and consistency
- Ability to follow structured procedures and document standards
- Comfortable supporting multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently with direction
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
