Job Summary
Administrative Project Manager for Northern California Behavioral Health Residential Programs, reporting to the Northern California VP of Behavioral Health. Responsible for overseeing design, development, and management of Residential programs in Northern California (San Francisco and San Mateo) and providing executive-level administrative support, travel coordination, meeting logistics, onboarding, and data/reporting to drive a client-focused, data-driven, team-oriented culture. Key duties include facilitating programmatic and staff reporting, project planning and execution from start to finish, supporting accreditation processes and audits, creating presentations and reports, coordinating with senior leadership, and improving administrative operations. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of related experience (or 7 years of executive support), strong MS Office skills, experience with substance use/mental health issues, and comfort with diverse responsibilities and high customer service orientation. Desirable: Master’s degree and Lean Six Sigma green belt.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in public policy, public administration, public health, social welfare/work or another relevant public health or human services field
- 3-5 years of related professional experience, including at least 2 years providing direct administrative support to an executive or senior manager, or 7 years of direct administrative support to an executive or manager (each year of experience can substitute for each year of education)
