Job Summary
Administrative Project Coordinator provides high level support to the assigned team/department by assisting with communication, organization, and project management activities. May contribute to the team by conducting research, preparing, and analyzing statistical reports, in addition to project-based work and program development. May plan, organize and schedule events as requested. Responsibilities include high level MS Office proficiency to support communication and project management, coordinating and maintaining calendars and meetings, serving as a liaison across departments and with vendors, assisting with payroll-related coordination as a backup for Kronos managers, and handling confidential information with discretion. Requires strong organizational, planning, analytical, and data coordination abilities, ability to work independently with initiative, and the capacity to support multiple departments and executives through effective communication and collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or GED
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative professional role
- Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office products
- Fluent English - read, write, speak
