Job Summary

Administrative Professional to manage calendars, coordinate meetings (in person and virtual), handle communications, maintain filing systems, process invoices and expense reports, manage office supplies and vendor relations, assist with reports/presentations, coordinate events, and support special projects. Requires high school diploma or equivalent (associate/bachelor’s preferred), proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong organizational and confidentiality skills, ability to work independently and with teams, and prior experience in administrative/executive support is preferred. In-person role with options for Detroit, Taylor, or St. Clair Shores, MI.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in an administrative support role or as an executive assistant preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Typing and data entry skills
  • Strong time management and written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience supporting multiple Executives or teams preferred
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or accounting principles preferred
  • Experience with NetSuite or Airtable preferred
