Job Summary
Conduct research, prepare statistical reports, and handle information requests while performing routine administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, and scheduling meetings. Manage calendars and phone calls, resolve scheduling conflicts, and act as a liaison for all correspondence and coordination. Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries via the Defense Travel System, and manage personnel accountability reporting, timekeeping, and staff calendars using MIRARS and ATAAPS. Coordinate weekly staff meetings, document notes, and oversee training schedules and records. Assist with new employee orientation, process personnel account requests, and manage office supplies and equipment budgets.
Required Qualifications
- HS degree or GED
- 3 years of experience
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Proficient in MS Office software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook: Mail, Calendar, and MS Teams) with the ability to independently use these applications to efficiently complete office administrative tasks
