Administrative Personal Assistant to support an executive with daily scheduling, email management, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include managing email inbox and calendars, drafting responses, preparing documents/presentations/reports, coordinating meetings, sending reminders, travel planning, assisting with personal errands, handling confidential information, and maintaining organization. Requires strong organizational and communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and calendar/email systems (Outlook or Google Workspace). The role may be full time or part time.
