Administrative Operations Manager (Onsite)

Job Summary
Lead and manage administrative operations within a manufacturing facility, supervising staff, coordinating facility services, ensuring audit-ready documentation and compliance with ISO, internal, and customer audits, managing budgets and vendor contracts, coordinating cross-functional onboarding and communications, arranging travel for employees and visitors, and supporting plant leadership with process improvements, data reporting, and implementation of company initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5–10+ years of administrative or office management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience managing teams and working cross-functionally
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and document control systems
- Strong organizational, process management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- High attention to detail, especially in compliance and documentation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
