Job Summary
Administrative Operations Lead to build structure, improve internal processes, coordinate a small administrative team, and support the growth into the Belgrade office. Responsibilities include leading and coordinating a team of administrative operations managers and executive assistants, distributing workload, reviewing and improving processes, creating documentation and clear ways of working, supporting office operations and projects, coordinating vendors and service providers, partnering with HR/Finance/IT/leadership on operations, improving onboarding/offboarding/travel/equipment/administrative processes, introducing automation and efficiency improvements, and developing the administration function. Requires 4+ years in operations/administration or similar, experience in tech/startup/international companies, prior team leadership, strong organizational/problem-solving skills, ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment, and fluent English and Serbian.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years experience in Operations, Administration, Project Management, HR Operations, Workplace Operations, or similar
- Experience in tech, digital, startup, AI, or international companies
- Experience leading and coordinating a team
- Fluent English and Serbian
