Job Summary
Administrative Operations Coordinator providing coordinated administrative and operational support across multiple teams. Responsible for customer account administration, software licenses, maintenance agreements, invoicing preparation, renewals, RMAs, and coordination of installation/service schedules. The role emphasizes organized, detail-oriented, autonomous support, handling administrative files, follow-ups, and reporting across internal systems, with opportunities to streamline processes and leverage AI productivity tools.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Administration Office Management, or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English mandatory and French (nice to have)
- Experience in administrative or operational support role
- Experience using ERP, CRM, or internal business systems
- Experience supporting operational reporting or administrative tracking activities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Experience with invoicing, contract administration, or service renewals
