Job Summary
Administrative & Operations Assistant to support daily operations, logistics follow-ups, inventory tracking, customer communication, and office administration. Responsibilities include tracking incoming shipments and warehouse receipts, coordinating with trucking companies, warehouses, freight forwarders, and brokers, maintaining inward inventory and sample tracking records, following up on deliveries and shipment status updates, handling day-to-day email correspondence, preparing and sending customer quotations, sales orders, and invoices, coordinating customer sample dispatches, maintaining organized operational records and files, and assisting management with scheduling and operational follow-ups. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, reliable, detail-oriented, able to work independently, comfortable coordinating with multiple vendors and customers, and seeking a stable long-term role.
