Job Summary
Establish the direction and emerging priorities of the Centre for Education in Mathematics & Computing (CEMC) administration by planning growth initiatives, overseeing new program implementation, and managing long-range operational strategies. Manage financial oversight of the unit's Operating, Trust, and Endowment funds totaling over $6 million, including monthly reconciliations, annual reporting to external agencies, and developing strategies to allocate resources during financial constraints. Lead the recruitment, evaluation, and professional development of direct report staff while overseeing crisis management, health & safety compliance, and the scheduling of work responsibilities across the unit.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- preferably in a STEM discipline
- post-graduate work in a business-related or STEM-related discipline
- extensive experience in financial, technical and human resource management

- 8-10 years of progressive and related business experience
