Job Summary
Assist with caregiver scheduling for new clients and open shifts, maintaining consistency in assignments and updating records in real time. Maintain accurate client and caregiver data in database systems, review telephony logs for payroll corrections, and conduct initial caregiver interviews. Support recruitment efforts using the Applicant Tracking System, reinforce company policies, and guide caregivers through onboarding and performance evaluations. Provide daily updates to the office team and escalate staffing concerns to the Staffing Director. Participate in an on-call rotation for evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare office setting
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency with scheduling software
- Proficiency with healthcare systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm, flexible, resilient, and professional in a high-energy environment
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and follow-through skills
- Strong customer-service mindset with a commitment to client and caregiver excellence
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree preferred
- Experience in a private duty home care setting
