Job Summary
Coordinate high-quality patient care by managing shift operations, overseeing patient flow, and assigning staff. Lead daily transition rounds to ensure efficient communication across the care team and act as a clinical expert to maintain technical standards. Provide coaching and preceptorship to support staff growth in areas of development. This Administrative Nursing Supervisor role requires a BSN, three years of patient care nursing experience, and current BLS/ACLS certification. Work nights at Hickman Hospital with 36 weekly hours in a full-time, non-partisan environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's Degree in Nursing program with degree completion within two years
- Minimum of 3 years in nursing in a patient care area
- Current State license as a Registered Nurse
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong knowledge of hospital operations
