Job Summary
Communicate pathology results to patients, document treatments, and coordinate referrals and certified letters. Schedule all surgical procedures, manage Photodynamic Therapy treatments, and handle prior authorizations for medications and biologic patients. Submit and track prior authorizations, coordinate patient onboarding with specialty pharmacies, and monitor an active list of 145+ biologic patients. Ensure MIPS compliance, manage patient recalls, and maintain the melanoma registry data. Monitor incoming faxes, route clinical documents, and track patients due for full skin exams. This role supports five providers in a high-volume dermatology practice, requiring strong multitasking skills and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
