Job Summary
Administrative Marketing Coordinator role blending marketing and operations to support proposals and client engagement. Primary duties include leading coordination of RFQs/RFPs/SOQs from kickoff to submission, executing digital marketing initiatives (LinkedIn, email campaigns, website updates), developing and maintaining marketing collateral (project sheets, resumes, qualification packages) for technical staff, supporting business development through municipal bid opportunities and CRM tracking, and managing day-to-day office operations. The role acts as a central connector between marketing, leadership, and technical teams to keep initiatives moving forward and offers growth toward marketing management or business development leadership. Must be on-site full-time in Houston, TX, with strong communication skills and experience in professional services proposals and CRM use.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years in marketing coordination, business development support, or senior administrative roles (AEC experience strongly preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital marketing platforms
- Exposure to professional services proposals, RFQs, RFPs, or government bid processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail, formatting, and organization
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Houston, TX
