Job Summary
Administrative Manager I to support daily program and office operations while coordinating with internal teams, end users, and Government stakeholders. Responsibilities include supervising administrative staff, monitoring workflow, prioritizing tasks, resolving administrative and technical issues, recommending operational improvements, maintaining records and schedules, and facilitating communication between internal teams, customers, and leadership. Emphasis on continuous improvement, customer support, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in program administration.
- Demonstrated experience supervising administrative staff or office support personnel.
- Experience supporting daily office operations in a professional environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work with end user groups to identify, evaluate, and resolve technical and administrative issues.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
