Job Summary
Develop and administer systems and processes for the Health Services, Recuperative Care, and Street Outreach Collaborative programs, including data and compliance management for various grants and billing infrastructure. Manage program scheduling and staffing while providing client programming support and engaging in research and development to ensure program sustainability. Maintain complex administrative systems with proficiency in HMIS, Client Track, or similar software, and leverage Microsoft 365 products for task and project organization. This full-time role requires a minimum of 3–5 years of non-profit management experience and a strong understanding of homelessness and poverty.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of administrative and/or management experience in a non-profit environment
- experience developing and maintaining complex administrative systems and processes
- proficiency with standard computer applications, HMIS, Client Track, or similar software
- A strong understanding of homelessness and poverty
- a genuine commitment to the agency's mission
- excellent organizational and time management skills
- ability in creating and maintaining systems for data and information management
- high level of competence in task and project organization
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced expertise with Microsoft 365 products, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
